Workmanship

A lifetime workmanship warranty.

Our installation work is warranted for as long as you own the home. If a gutter we installed leaks at a joint we made, pulls away from a fascia we fastened, or drains the wrong way because of how we pitched it, we come back and fix it. There is no charge and there is no argument.

That is a separate thing from the product warranty. The manufacturer covers the gutter itself. We cover the way it went on your house.

If Something Is Not Right

How to make a claim

There is no form and no portal. Call us.

  1. Call (215) 688-8404 and tell us what the gutter is doing — leaking, overflowing, sagging, or draining somewhere it should not.
  2. We come and look. If it is our workmanship, we say so and we schedule the fix. If it is a product defect, we handle the manufacturer claim for you.
  3. We fix it. No charge on a workmanship callback, and no attempt to sell you a replacement you do not need.

The exact terms that apply to your job — including what the manufacturer covers on the specific product you chose — are set out in writing on your estimate before you sign anything. Coverage varies by product, so ask us and we will show you the paperwork.
